I co-founded Brave Space Alliance because the trans community in Chicago in 2017, just the same as today, is in desperate need. In need of resources, in need of a place to work, to be, to gather, and in need of an organization that thinks of us first rather than leaving us as an afterthought. I stay here because that need is still deeply present, and I’m dedicated to addressing it. When not working, my hobbies include the deeply Lesbian activities of electoral politics and sports! An interesting fact about me is that I designed the floor plan for the BSA office!
